2012 Riverfront Arts Festival “Art Buck$” — Official Rules

To win Art Buck$, show visitors must be 18 years of age or older, and have entered at the location or locations at the show specified by The Dispatch Printing Company.

Winners will be drawn each hour, only from entries received during the preceding hour, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, 2012; 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012; and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012. Six Art Buck$ prizes of $100 each will be awarded each of those hours. One additional winner of $100 in Art Buck$ will also be drawn during ten hourly drawings selected at random by the Riverfront Arts Festival.

Winners must be present to claim prize. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per person, per drawing. Art Buck$ prize-winners’ names will be announced from the event’s stage each hour.

Winners will receive Art Buck$ certificates, which will expire on September 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Art Buck$ are non-transferable. Art Buck$ can only be redeemed with participating Riverfront Arts Festival exhibitors. Art Buck$ certificates must be used whole, and change will not be provided to winners if they spend less than the face value of the certificate.

The Dispatch Printing Company and affiliated companies and/or sponsors, are not responsible for a person's inability to complete the required entry whether due to equipment malfunction or other difficulties and are not responsible for lost entries. All entries submitted become the property of The Dispatch Printing Company.

Prize winners will be determined by a random drawing of entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Employees of The Dispatch Printing Company, their advertising agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors, and the immediate families of the aforementioned groups are not eligible.

By submitting an entry, contestants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and agree that the sponsoring companies shall have the rights, free of charge, to publish and broadcast by any means the names and photographs of the winners. Winner is solely responsible for applicable taxes necessary.

All decisions of contest judges are final. Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.
